  • Member of Nevada State Bar: 2020
  • Juris Doctor: California Western School of Law (2018)
  • Bachelors: University of California, San Diego – Political Science (2008)

Neha realized her passion for law before she could walk.  In furtherance of her goals, she attended the University of California, San Diego, graduating in 2008, with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in History.

After graduation, Neha understood that, to feed her desire to understand the entire practice of law, she would need first-hand experience.  She secured an internship with a highly regarded general practitioner, where she gained experience in bankruptcy law, business litigation, family law, corporate law, criminal law, and assisted in transactional matters.

By 2010, Neha enrolled in the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Paralegal Certification Program, where she ranked among the highest in her class. Excelling in paralegal studies, she began working with multi-national firm, Greenberg Traurig, where she focused on litigation practice and became a vital participant in securing influential Nevada decisions.

Still thirsty for more, Neha went on to engage in plaintiff’s litigation, where she worked on various class action suits, personal injury matters, and eventually, decided to pursue her ultimate goal – successfully completing law school.

In 2015, Neha attended California Western School of Law, in San Diego, California.  Here, she demonstrated academic success.  Neha was the recipient of multiple American Jurisprudence awards and received an Academic Scholarship upon demonstration of her academic capability. After completing her first year of legal studies, Neha secured an internship in family law, and remained with the firm after her successful completion of her legal education.

Now, Neha has returned to Las Vegas and proudly represents her achievements at Kelleher and Kelleher, where she will be showcasing her family law knowledge. Neha became a member of the Nevada State Bar in May 2020.
