Noah was raised here in Henderson. He was an active participant in his boy scout troop, and was always willing to lend a hand with local community projects. In 2015 he earned the rank of eagle scout. Noah also attended Nevada State Highschool, graduating with 56 college credits. He then tried leaving the desert by attending Utah State University. He graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in History.
Noah then went on to attend law school at the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, Arkansas. While attending law school, he was heavily involved with the Latin American Law Student Association, and served as their treasurer during his final year. Noah also was involved with the schools Veterans Legal Services Clinic where he helped advocate veteran’s cases with the VA.
