Christine Kelleher, Esq.

Christine has practiced law in Nevada since 1996 when she graduated from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School.  During law school, Christine was actively involved with the school’s Trial Advocacy program by winning the Woody Deem Mock Trial Competition in 1994 and serving as Chair of the Trial Advocacy Board from 1995 to 1996.  In 1996, Christine was awarded the Utah Bar Foundation’s Community Service Scholarship. 

Christine was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 1996.  After one year in private practice, she worked from 1997 to 2000 as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Nevada, representing the interests of the Nevada Highway Patrol and the Division of Child and Family Services.  Christine has experience in negligence and civil rights litigation, administrative matters, divorce and child custody matters, and juvenile court matters, including termination of parental rights and adoption. 

In 2000, Christine helped found the law offices of Kelleher & Kelleher, LLC.  From 2007 to 2009, Christine worked as an Administrative Law Judge for child abuse and neglect cases under contract with the Clark County Department of Family Services.    Since 2009, she and John have been licensed foster parents for Clark County.
